Learn How to Knit a HAT with circular needles (beginner experience required)!
In this class, you’ll gain the skills you need to start and complete knitting projects with confidence – all under the guidance of our incredible knitting instructor, Penny. She will cover:
🧶 Pattern Reading — Learn how to understand knitting patterns, abbreviations, and instructions so you can follow any design with ease.
🧶 Casting On & Joining in the Round — Start your project the right way with different cast-on techniques and learn how to join stitches seamlessly for knitting in the round.
🧶 Stockinette Stitch in the Round — Master the classic stockinette stitch and see how it works differently when knitting in the round.
🧶 Increasing & Decreasing — Shape your knitting by learning the most common methods of adding and reducing stitches for hats, sweaters, and more.
🧶 Casting Off & Finishing Techniques — End your project neatly and professionally with smooth edges and finishing touches.
By the end of this class, you’ll be ready to take on simple patterns and create a BEAUTIFUL hat!
All supplies included. Price includes both sessions.
