Beginner Acrylic Painting with Lily Good

Join artist Lily Good, whose work is inspired by the beauty of the natural world, for a fun and beginner-friendly acrylic painting class. In this session, Lily will guide you step-by-step in creating a Woodpecker perched on a brand.

This laid-back class is perfect for anyone – whether you’re brand new to painting or just looking for a relaxing, creative evening. While Lily will provide instruction and helpful tips, there will be plenty of room for your own creative freedom and personal touches.

All supplies are included.
Open to ages 6 & up. Those 8 & under must be accompanied by an adult. Please note this class is expected to run about 2 hours, so keep this in mind when registering younger artists.

Alcohol Ink Ornaments with Beth Wright

Join artist Beth Wright of Rainbow Alchemy for a joyful afternoon creating magical holiday ornaments with alcohol inks! No experience is necessary—alcohol ink practically paints itself, flowing and blooming into vivid color with just a little coaxing.

We’ll explore three shatter-proof ornament styles:

Clear globes for a stained-glass effect

White globes for a soft porcelain look

Glitter globes for full-on festive bling

You’ll learn simple inking techniques to build eye-catching patterns and expressive color combinations. Once dry, we’ll seal the ornaments with Kamar varnish to keep colors crisp and bright, then add ribbon so they’re ready to hang or gift.

Whether you keep your creations or share them with someone special, you’ll leave with sparkling, one-of-a-kind treasures perfect for the season.

All supplies provided. No previous art experience required—just bring your sense of play!

Kids Paint a Snowman with Jade

Join us for a fun and festive after-school holiday project perfect for kids! In this cheerful class, young artists will learn a new way to bring vibrant colors to life on bisque-fired ceramic snowmen using acrylic paints – a special “cold finish” technique that allows for endless creativity and bright, bold designs.

After painting, we’ll add a playful touch by tying on red, white, and green craft foam mittens to complete each snowman’s look. This class is a great way to get into the holiday spirit, explore color and creativity, and make a keepsake to treasure all winter long!

ClayMakers Ornament Workshop

2 Wednesday Sessions – Dec 3 & 10, 6pm

Get artsy with CLAY this holiday season!
Join us for a festive ornament-making class! In the first session, you’ll get your hands on clay to create 3–5 ornaments—roll out slabs, use cookie cutters, or cut your own original shapes. We’ll have cutters and stamps ready, but feel free to bring your favorites from home!
The following week, bring your creations to life with color using the many glazes in our Clay Vault. Perfect for gifts, decorations, or just some festive fun!

This class is beginner friendly and fun for ages 9 & up. All materials, glazes, and firings are included in the price. Finished ornaments will be ready for pickup after the final firing.

Beginner Stained Glass with Windyknolls Stained Glass

Thursday December 4th, 5:30pm-8:30pm

Join Stacey Trout of Windyknolls Stained Glass for this BEGINNER Stained Glass Class! Select TWO ornament designs! Stacey will cut all of the pieces and teach you the process of foiling and soldering your stained glass – making it ready to take home and enjoy!

This class is perfect for those who are interested in learning about the stained glass process without investing in all the tools first or just a fun day with friends. All pre-cut glass pieces and materials supplied to make a stained glass project. Complete this project in 2-3 hours.

The fine print:

*12 and over only (minors must sign waiver upon arrival)

*non-refundable, non-transferable due to glass being pre-cut

*you will be exposed to sharp glass, lead, and chemicals to speed up the patina process of your finished piece

*long pants and closed toe shoes recommended.

Yule Log Workshop

Sunday, December 14 @ 1pm

Join us for a Holiday Wass Tradition!
Join us for a cozy afternoon of crafting as you create your own holiday yule log — real wood, not the cake! 🌲✨

During this workshop, we’ll explore the origins of this ancient tradition and the symbolic meanings behind the elements used to build your yule log.

All materials included (but not limited to):
• Pre-cut and drilled 14″–16″ wood logs
• Fresh evergreens, herbs, and pinecones
• Cinnamon sticks, orange slices, and cloves
• Ribbon and three tapered candles

Feel free to bring your own foraged or meaningful natural elements — maybe a sprig from a family tree or a plant that holds special significance.

Use your yule log as a stunning holiday centerpiece or celebrate the winter solstice (Dec. 21) in the traditional way by burning it that evening. You can also choose to burn it on Christmas Eve or New Year’s Eve.

Lil ArtReach

Join us for Lil ArtReach! Young makers ages 5 & under are invited for story time followed by a small craft. Lil ArtReach is geared towards makers 5 & under but big siblings are welcome. Caretaker/s are required to accompany young makers.
